Padang Bai is located at 50 minutes from Sanur. We dive in Padang Bai from a jukung, a small fisherman boat in wood, on the beautiful Blue Lagoon (one of the bluest water of Bali), the Wall, Bias Tugal and the Jepun (little wreck).
About the marine life : hundreds of species, both large and small, can be observed in most of the spots: Oriental sweet lips, moray eels, many species of clownfish and anemone fish, napoleon wrasses, trevallies, jackfish, dogtooth tunas, king mackerels, crocodile fish, lionfish, octopus, pharaoh cuttlefish and green turtles, just to name a few ! You will enjoy a large variety of hard and soft corals, various types of gorgonians, healthy staghorn corals, huge coral boomies and table corals mainly at Bias Tugal, Tanjung Sari and Blue Lagoon. Other sites like the Secret Jetty or Secret Jepun are muck dive sites and have very little coral coverage, but tons of critters. Great for macro lovers and photographers!
This dive site is perfect for newly certified divers as the water is calm but the underwater marine life still beautiful and charming.
We will start the day by picking you up from your hôtel or villa, take you to the dive center in Sanut to try your equipment and make sure that this one fits you well and then head to Padang Bai. It is a 45 minutes drive. There, we will get ready and you will board the Jukung for a first dive in Blue Lagoon. After around 1 hour dive you will get back to the surface for a little break with snacks and water on board. When you fell ready let's dive again at Bias Tugal dive site, 5 minutes away from Blue Lagoon. After this dive you will enjoy a lunch box before your third dive, either at Little Jepun or at The Wall. End of the diving trip. We wil drive you back to your hôtel or villa.
