Alchemy is the process of changing one thing into another; or more simply hastened perfection, inner and outer, the divinization of matter and man. An Alchemist dedicates his or her life to transmuting different energies from their "raw" state into their higher, more refined state.
Freediving changes it practitioner over time. There are as many different freedivers as there are grains of sand in the ocean, but on e thing that resinates with all who take that long breath and dive into the Deep Blue, is they are searching for something, reaching for deeper depth, a longer breath hold, one last catch, and with every dive, they are growing, evolving, racing for that inner and outer perfection, that refined state.
