10% Discount Deepblu Deal Level 1 is 2 days basic course for everyone. From people with a lot of experience in the water to those with almost none this course is an important introduction to the silent world of freediving. You are going to have 2 full days of study starting at 8 am till 5 pm (including a break for lunch). The course includes the theoretical and practical ways on the land and open water sessions. We are going to dive with constant weight using fins and dip following the line to the maximum depth of 20 meters. Majority of the students can go as deep as 10-20m just after the first course. The skills you will get during this course will help you to reach this depth in the safest and most comfortable way. Every open water session will be finished with freediving on the coral reef with rich underwater life.

10% Discount Deepblu Deal Level 2 is 3 days course for people who have already covered the basics in a structured and systematic way. It presupposes a solid understanding and training of the basics under expert supervision. This course is a next level of your depth cognition. You are welcomed to experience the peaceful feeling of “free fall” and happiness of a deep dive immersion. During the course you will improve your equalization technique, work on longer breath holding and learn how to use changing of the buoyancy during the dive. All these skills will result to more efficient long and deep dives. In the classroom you will prepare body for deep dives using special body stretching and pranayamas. You will improve your skills of insuring your buddy at the moment of immersion as well as the rescue techniques from the depth. Comfort, understanding and proper technique in this course are more important than reaching the depth. Maximum diving depth is 30 meters and the majority of students manage to dive in the depth of 20-30 meters. After completing this course you will become a confident freediver, who will have enough skills and experiences to continue practicing with other experienced freedivers and be able to insure each other.

10% Discount Deepblu Deal Level 3 is deep 6 days course. It's suitable for the trained person who is already comfortable to freedive deeper than 30 meters and wanna improve their confidence and skills. The main focuses of this course are training of the thorax flexibility which is crucial for deeper diving, learning and mastering the Mouth-fill method of equalization and diving lower than lungs residual volume using exhale dives.

10% Discount Deepblu Deal Master course is the peak of freediving training program. 4 weeks course includes the deep dive course SSI Freediving Level 3 and gives you all the skills and knowledges needed for deep and safe dives. Master course is a full immersion to the world of freediving. It is not exactly a course, more of a month long internship. You will recieve not only theoretical and practical training but also conduct a diary of training, assist during the courses on the land and in the water, help with equipment, contact the students, be a participant of the freediving school and become a part of our freedive family.

Direct feedback from instructor will follow all stages of your training. You will work on exact focuses and skills which you choose.
