When we aren’t out diving ourselves we like hearing about other divers’ adventures. And what better way to check out what other divers are up to, then scrolling through their social media feeds! From stunning marine photography to gear reviews, conservation efforts, and the best dive locations to visit – we have put together a list of 8 amazing dive accounts to follow that will be sure to inspire your next diving adventure!
1. Ocean Ramsey
The aptly named Ocean Ramsey is a Hawaiian freediver, scuba instructor, and environmentalist. She is most well known for her work with sharks, so check out her sites if you love or are curious about sharks! The images and videos she posts are unbelievable. She gets up close and personal with a variety of sharks (think: Tiger Sharks and Great White Sharks). While we don’t recommend trying to replicate her images, Ocean does a great job of showing that sharks are not to be feared, are misunderstood, and should be protected. As well as amazing images of sharks, Ocean offers great tips on what you can do to support shark conservation.
